The U.S. military has killed the leader of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua in a “swift and lethal kinetic strike,” President Donald Trump said Friday night.
U.S. forces killed Héctor “El Niño” Guerrero, the head of the transnational Tren de Aragua gang, in an attack “coordinated closely with our friends in Venezuela, with whom we are working very well,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. He did not specify where the strike took place, but published a video showing a projectile blowing up a building.
