Officials: Motorcyclist seriously injured after crash on I-93

LONDONDERRY, N.H. —

A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on I-93 north in Londonderry on Wednesday night.

According to the Londonderry Fire Department, the crash happened around 7:45 p.m. between exits 4 and 4A.

When emergency crews arrived, they found the motorcyclist unresponsive in the median.

The rider was flown to a Boston-area hospital for treatment.

The northbound lanes of I-93 were briefly closed, but have since reopened.

New Hampshire State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
