Tyrese Haliburton’s unexpected assist steals the show at the Fever game
During the matchup between the Indiana Fever and the Phoenix Mercury, play came to a halt when the basketball became lodged behind the backboard structure, leaving players, officials and arena staff searching for a solution.
Sitting near the court, Haliburton quickly noticed the problem. The Indiana Pacers star grabbed one of the mops used by the floor crew and made his way toward the basket to help.
Using the handle and a little help from his height, Haliburton managed to free the ball and get the game moving again, earning cheers and laughs from fans inside the arena.
