PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Tactical police and crisis negotiator teams are responding to an area of southeast Portland on Sunday evening, according to police.
Just after 7:30 p.m., officers said both tactical teams and crisis negotiator teams had been sent to a welfare check in the area of Southeast 170th Avenue and Southeast Division Street.
Southeast Division Street is closed in the area, police said.
No further details have been released at this time.
