LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The PlayStation NBA Creator Cup is back and ready to tip off this summer, bringing some of the biggest basketball and gaming creators to UNLV for a fast-paced showdown on NBA Summer League opening day.
The showcase is returning to Las Vegas and set to take place on Thursday, July 9, opening day of NBA Summer League at The Pavilion at UNLV.
This year’s lineup features top basketball and gaming creators, who have a combined social following of more than 115 million. The two teams include:

Tournament officials say the game will be played in three eight-minute segments, including a two-minute “Turbo Mode” with faster play and scoring bonuses. It then moves to an untimed target-score finish, with the winning score set 11 points above the leading team’s total.
Fans can watch with live commentary from Joe of StrictlyBball and surprise guest commentators. Da Kid Gowie returns as the in-arena host. Young Wayne, a familiar voice from the NBA2K streetball experience and a Chicago-based podcast host, is also slated to be a part of the event.
General admission starts at $68, with reserved seating also available.
