The left calf seems to be the issue. Djokovic is receive treatment and a massage from the physio.

That’s a concern. It was just after Auger-Aliassime went long.
Djokovic immediately stopped and dropped down to his haunches.
He stretched out his leg and is hobbling following points, but he’s carrying on.
The crowd has suddenly got very quiet, in a hushed silence.

Auger-Aliassime nets on the backhand and Djokovic will get break point! From 30-0, Auger-Aliassime has not landed a first serve and Djokovic has taken advantage. But the Canadian comes up with the goods down break point, firing wide and then putting away the drive volley crosscourt.
He then puffs the white paint with an ace, but can’t close out the game yet.

Djokovic skips through a service game to love and then is finally able to make an in-roads into Auger-Aliassime’s next game as he catches the back of the baseline and then wins a second baseline exchange in a row.
On 30-30, Auger-Aliassime directs a wide second serve and Djokovic nets on the stretch. But Auger-Aliassime then fires wide on the forehand. Deuce.

Djokovic comes through another game after facing 15-30, with Auger-Aliassime putting a backhand return into the net. Djokovic comes through with an ace. Djokovic has not lost a Wimbledon quarter-final in his last seven attempts, and is aiming for an eighth in a row here.

Karolina Muchova into the semi-finals
A beaming Karolina Muchova says: “It’s unbelievable, I’m super happy with today’s win, with this atmosphere. I don’t know if you guys, I’ve played three times on this court and it’s been 0-3, not been a good relationship with this court! But I’m super happy we finally made it today. Thank you for supporting us, it was unbelievable.
“I was very nervous! She is an unbelievable athlete, we played a week ago against each other so we know each other pretty well. You can’t lose that focus, because you give her a little chance, she takes it and it goes the other way. All the best to her, she is a great tennis player… sorry, I don’t know what I’m saying!”
She adds: “I love grass. The season is so short for us so I try to enjoy it. It’s perfect that I can be here in the second week and prolong this season.”
She will play seventh seed Coco Gauff in the semis.
