According to a Saturday report by the Daily Mail’s Eileen Reslen, U.S. senior showbiz exclusives reporter, and Heidi Parker, U.S. deputy showbusiness editor, Swift and Kelce handed out luxury gifts to their guests during a raffle at their reception.

The gifts included Chanel handbags, Cartier watches and even a vintage 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle.

“It was really bizarre,” one insider told the Daily Mail. “Everyone was weirded out. It was a circus meet-and-greet. Everyone kind of felt like, ‘Why are they giving away Chanel bags as if we are all their poor fans?’ It was pretty demeaning. It killed the vibe.”

But not every guest had the same opinion.
One guest described the raffle as “playful” and reportedly enjoyed the experience after winning a Chanel bag. However, the guest claimed many A-listers at Kelce and Swift’s wedding “did not care to play.”
Another guest alleged that several high-profile guests were invited by Taylor Swift to thrust Kelce into Hollywood.
“Taylor and Travis worked the room like crazy, with Taylor introducing him to every heavy hitter there, especially Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Adam Sandler and Tom Cruise, all people who can help get him cast in movies because he wants to become a big actor after he retires from football,” a guest claimed in the story. “It felt like a networking event to help Travis get a leg up in Hollywood.”
Saturday’s report came after Daily Mail published a story on July 6 citing another anonymous source, who complained about the buffet-style food service at the Kelce-Swift wedding and labeled it “tacky.”
The source also raised a red flag about “A-listers having to stand in line” for food.
However, Tavia Hunt, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, took a firm stand against the July 6 Daily Mail report.
“This is such a false narrative. They did not run out of champagne. There were not long lines. Every single person was seated for the ceremony,” Hunt wrote on July 8 in the comments section of a clip posted by Zack Peter on Instagram.
She went on to praise the ceremony, describing the couple’s self-written vows as “spectacular — beautiful, heartfelt, and absolutely perfect,” before concluding that repeating anonymous hearsay about the private event was “inappropriate.”

While speaking to People Magazine on Thursday, former NFL quarterback and current “Thursday Night Football” analyst Ryan Fitzpatrick shared first-hand details from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s wedding.
Fitzpatrick first said he felt “privileged” to receive an invitation before adding that “everything was top-notch,” the ceremony was “beautiful” and the entire event was “magical” for him and his wife.
Fitzpatrick also admitted guests in attendance were completely caught off guard when the ceremony began.
“When Adam Sandler walked out — it had everybody floored, that was really cool,” he told People.
He confirmed that a string quartet version of Swift’s 2008 hit “Love Story” played as she walked down the aisle, a moment that moved him to tears.
“Yes, and I may have cried. It was very emotional and also very fun and funny, too. So, it had all the feels,” he said.
Fitzpatrick also confirmed that Kelce was the more emotional of the newlyweds.
He also took the opportunity to clear up a few viral rumors that circulated after the wedding.
Fitzpatrick dismissed viral claims that Taylor Swift’s cats served as ring bearers and that Patrick Mahomes threw the wedding ring to Kelce.
