TRAVERSE CITY — Stacey Feeley, a serial entrepreneur, strategist and trailblazer with more than two decades of experience leading purpose-driven companies, has joined 20Fathoms as executive director.
The appointment of Feeley to lead the startup incubator and coworking space was announced Wednesday, July 15 in Traverse City.
As the co-founder and former CEO of GoSili, Inc., Feeley built a global consumer products brand, growing the company through strategic partnerships, funding rounds and two successful acquisitions.
“I know what it’s like to make tough decisions, bootstrap your dream and watch it grow,” Feeley said. “I’m looking forward to bringing that experience not only to the day-to-day of 20Fathoms’ operations, but to supporting the strong network of entrepreneurs that 20Fathoms supports.”
Ashley Sloat, board chair of 20Fathoms, said Feeley has the ideal blend of experience to guide the community-anchored nonprofit as it enhances programming for 2027 and beyond.

Recently, 20Fathoms partnered with global venture firm and accelerator gener8tor to launch the Northern Michigan BlueTech Accelerator.
The program supports early-stage companies developing innovative solutions across the water technology sector, including water infrastructure, monitoring, treatment, data, freshwater resilience and other solutions.
Feeley, who chose to base her former global brand in Northern Michigan, also serves as an Advisory Circle member of Boundless Futures Foundation. The foundation provides financial and leadership resources for female founders.
Based in Traverse City, 20Fathoms is a nonprofit startup incubator and resource center that provides startup education, business coaching, funding connections and general support for technology-focused companies.
