UPDATE: Hagen Fire evacuations increase, expand footprint in Umatilla County

UMATILLA COUNTY — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office and Umatilla County Emergency Operation Center in cooperation with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and Northwest Incident Management Team 7 has increased some evacuation levels associated with the Hagen Fire.

Other evacuation orders still apply. Find the most recent updates on evacuations on the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page or on Genasys Protect.

In an update Thursday morning, July 23, the emergency responders increased the evacuation levels for the following areas of Umatilla County, Union County and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

LEVEL ONE (BE READY)

This is the area to the north of Spout Springs and north to USFS 3725.

Union County has also issued a Level 1 evacuation order in the area east of Highway 204 and north of USFS 3725 and 3701 Roads, south and west of power line corridor along USFT 030 and 054 roads, including the Spout Springs Ski Area.

LEVEL 2 (BE SET)

Within Umatilla County: this includes the area east of McIntyre Road and Fawn Lane, including the entire Langdon Lake area.

Within the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation boundary in the Bingham Road area, the order is for the area just south of Hansel Road, above the Level 3 area of Gibbon.

Union County issued a LEVEL 2 order in the area south and west of Highway 204 north of intersection with USFS 31 Road, including Spout Springs Rd and Canyon View Lane.

LEVEL 3 (GO NOW!)

This includes the areas east of the Forest Service Road 32 in the North Fork Wilderness area, including Grouse Mountain.
