CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Brett Siegel of Clutch Points says the Cavs won’t be making any major additions to the roster to entice LeBron James.
Kevin O’Connor of Yahoo had reported that James’ decision was being held up because James wanted to see if any suitors could trade for Anthony Davis and/or Kyrie Irving.
Siegel also said the Cavs have 2 contracts prepared for free agent James Harden—one if they sign LeBron, one if they don’t.
Siegel made the remarks on his “Clutch Scoops” podcast with Tomer Azarly.
Cleveland, Miami and Philadelphia are considered the favorites to get James, who became an unrestricted free agent July 6.
