Morning crash blocks lanes of Route 15, causing major delays in York County
CARROLL TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
Traffic is severely backed up following a crash on Route 15 in York County on Tuesday.

The wreck happened in the northbound lanes in Carroll Township, near Baltimore Street in Dillsburg Borough, around 3:40 a.m.
The crash is blocking multiple lanes of traffic, causing extensive delays in the area.
