Honor has officially announced the pre-order units of the ROBOT PHONE, which have surpassed 200,000 units. Looking at this figure, the company said the incredible smartphone creation has already defeated its flagship siblings ahead of the official launch.
The company has shared a huge poster, revealing that the Honor ROBOT PHONE has exceeded 200,000 units within a week of the official pre-order activity.
In addition, the company has mentioned that the upcoming robotic camera arm device has already outperformed many previous Honor flagship phones in pre-sales.
ROBOT PHONE will debut on August 12. In the meantime, the company has announced its reservation activity. Interested customers can visit the Honor Mall or any other authorized shopping channel to book the device beforehand.
Apart from the pre-order details, Honor has further shed light on the ROBOT PHONE’s camera features. The company confirmed that the device will debut with a dual 200MP camera setup – a 200MP main snapper, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 200MP zoom lens.
On the greener side, the device equips a special imaging chip called the Honor Yuguang H1 processor. ARRI-based camera and videography solutions will also be part of the world’s first robotic handset.

Some other gimbal camera-based features for the ROBOT PHONE include: AI object tracking, AI video editing, and smart shooting that offers real-time image stabilization.
Internal specifications like battery and charging parameters remain a secret for the time being. Other details of the device will come to light on August 12th. Stay tuned.
