Thirty-seven four-person teams once again participated in the Greenville Comets golf scramble at the Greenville Country Club on July 17.
Winning the A Flight championship was the team of Cole Pickett, Cody Surma, Christian Deters and Gage Brauns. Second place went to the team of Brandon Hamel, Blake Scoggins, Tyler Snow and Blake Swofford.
In the B Flight, first place went to Dusty Bauer, Trevor Suess, Joe Hamel and Brady Huber. The second place team included George Russel, Larry Zucksworth, Dave Munie and Dave Medina.
Proceeds from the annual event benefit the Comets boys basketball and football programs. Next year’s scramble will be Friday, July 16 at the Greenville Country Club.
