INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Fever center Damiris Dantas is out for the season after undergoing successful surgery on a torn meniscus in her left knee.
Dantas averaged 3.3 points and 1.5 rebounds per game this season in 12 games.
The Fever had a five-game winning streak snapped on Sunday, losing to the Minnesota Lynx. The Fever Fever are back in action at home on Thursday against the Las Vegas Aces, with tipoff scheduled for 7 p.m.
