The Seattle Storm welcomed the Toronto Tempo to Climate Pledge Arena on Wednesday night for the teams’ second and final meeting of the season – and Toronto’s only trip to Seattle. The Tempo claimed the first matchup in Toronto on May 30, setting the stage for a spirited rematch. This time around, the Storm outscored the Tempo, to beat Toronto 90-78. Before tipoff, Storm head coach Sonia Raman brought a special guest, Charlotte, to the media podium. Charlotte enthusiastically answered questions, like who is her favorite player? Ezi Magbegor. The evening also celebrated Native American Heritage as part of the Storm’s ongoing Surge series, honoring culture and community alongside the action on the court.
