Celebrate by singing this classic slice of Americana and support our local
county museum.
Historical documentary will be narrated by producer and writer, Laurence Cotton,
at Lindsay Creek Vineyards on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Laurence has produced and helped write numerous documentaries that have
been seen nationally on PBS and the “Story of America the Beautiful” will be an
exclusive screening in our region.
Cotton will explain this documentary video and answer questions after the
screening.
This event will be hosted by the Nez Perce County Historical Society (NPCHS)
and the Alice Whitman Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution
(DAR).
The event will be a fundraiser for the NPCHS Museum located at 3 rd and Capital
in Historic Downtown Lewiston.
Food and drink will be available from the Lindsay Creek Vinyards.
The NPCHS will hold drawings for an array of fabulous door prizes.
Proceeds from the ticketed drawings will benefit our county museum.
