Ahead of Sunday’s game against Juventus, AC Milan are expected to make a few changes to the starting XI, it seems.
After a perfect start, you would expect changes to be minimal to a Milan side which has looked strong in their opening two games. However, certain players are perhaps deserving of a chance – or even a return – and they will be given them on Sunday.

Amorim to make changes
As expected by Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below), the defence will remain unchanged, largely because Ruben Amorim lacks the tools to make any differences. Matteo Gabbia isn’t expected to travel with the team, and Fikayo Tomori has only just returned to training.
So, the back four of Mike Maignan, Mario Gila, Koni De Winter and Strahinja Pavlovic should be confirmed for a third straight game.
Yunus Musah and Luka Modric are expected to continue together in central midfield, with the Portuguese clearly a fan of that pairing. However, there could be two changes on the flanks; Diego Moreira seems to have earned a debut – giving him a chance to silence the doubters – whilst Pervis Estupinan is expected to start on the left.
In attacking midfield, Alphadjo Cisse has seen off the ‘threat’ of Alexis Saelemaekers, but Adrien Rabiot cannot be benched any longer, so he’ll return as a starter behind Goncalo Ramos.
