Drivers in central New Mexico are urged to use caution after several bears were killed by vehicles on I-25 in the last few weeks.
Officials say four bears were killed on I-25 near Bernalillo in the last two weeks.

Wildlife officials say bears can cross the road at any time, whether day or night, so drivers should stay alert, avoid distractions, and be ready to hit the brakes.
If you see an injured bear, do not approach it and contact wildlife officials instead.
