HAMLIN, N.Y. — In a Facebook post on Wednesday, a user posted a picture of what looks to be a rotting deer carcass with white road paint drawn over it.
The deer looks to have been rotting for some time, and the road painting project looks to have been done not long ago.
This picture was taken in Hamlin.
