LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. — Arc Herkimer celebrated the opening of its new Kucerak Event Center at the MV Golf & Event Center.
A ribbon cutting ceremony took place late Tuesday afternoon to mark the occasion.
The venue offers year-round space for special occasions such as corporate gatherings, fundraisers, community events and weddings. There is also a private bridal suite for relaxing and preparing before ceremonies.
The expansion includes activities for all ages with golf simulators, cornhole and darts.
For the Arc Herkimer clients who now work at the center, new opportunities are available.
“It means everything. It means they’re welcomed in a place. It means that I can work alongside you and be included in everyday work and feel proud of what I’m doing everyday,” Lorene Bass, Arc Herkimer president and CEO, said.
Revenue from the event center will support Arc Herkimer’s mission and the people it serves.
