Making lawyers happier at work is proving to be a challenge, as firms try everything from yoga to executive coaching.

Nearly half of the roughly 1,150 attorneys queried this summer said their well-being had declined since the start of 2025, an exclusive Bloomberg Law survey shows. It’s a big bump from the roughly one-quarter of attorneys who said in the same 2024 survey that their well-being had diminished since the start of that year.
