A public golf course in Broomfield is shutting down after its private owner sold the course’s water rights in 2024, but neighbors hope to keep the site a golf course.
Eagle Trace Golf Club will cease operations in early October, a staff member confirmed to BusinessDen on Wednesday. She said no one was available to discuss the matter further.
The course is owned by an LLC linked to Miles Scully, a San Diego attorney. He didn’t respond to a request for comment.
