CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A popular TV show is looking to film in both North Carolina and South Carolina this fall, plus Virginia.
The long-running television series “American Pickers” is seeking to film in the region in November, according to a post from a local chamber of commerce in South Carolina.
A flyer included in the post said interest applicants should send the following to americanpickers@cineflix.com:

“American Pickers” has become a staple on the History Channel, with more than 400 episodes released since 2010. In the show, the “pickers” travel across the country exploring peoples’ unique collections of all kinds.
If the collectors are willing, the pickers often buy from the collections.
Cast member Mike Wolfe has been one of the pickers since the show started and still stars. His longtime castmate, Frank Fritz, left “American Pickers” in 2020. Fritz died in September 2024.
Now starring with Wolfe is Wolfe’s brother, Robbie, longtime cast member Danielle Colby, and “Jersey Jon.”
All 400-plus episodes of “American Pickers” can be streamed on the History Channel app.
