Arsenal duo David Raya (£6.1m) and Bukayo Saka (£9.6m) welcome Leeds United to Emirates Stadium in the opening match of the Gameweek on Saturday.
Nottingham Forest’s Murillo (£5.5m) and Morgan Gibbs-White (£8.0m) visit Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon before Newcastle United’s Lewis Hall (£5.3m) and Harvey Barnes (£6.1m) travel to Coventry City in the final match of the Gameweek on Monday night.
Saka is selected as captain, with Erling Haaland (£15.6m) named vice-captain.
David Raya (Arsenal) £6.1m
Arsenal’s No 1 can be found in 42 per cent of squads, almost twice the ownership of any other goalkeeper in Fantasy. Raya’s opponents Leeds have scored just one goal over the last two Gameweeks, suggest he can reward his backers with a fourth clean sheet of 2026/27.
James Tarkowski (Everton) £6.2m
Everton’s centre-back is one of only four players in 2026/27 Fantasy who have started all five Gameweeks and are yet to blank. Tarkowski’s many routes to returns can help him extend that streak at Hull City – he’s produced a goal, an assist, three clean sheets, six defensive contribution (DC) points and seven bonus points.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest) £5.5m
The Brazilian is one of only two defenders, along with AFC Bournemouth’s Antonio Silva (£5.0m), who has totalled eight DC points across the first five Gameweeks. The underlying numbers indicate that Forest have been unlucky to claim just one clean sheet this season – they have allowed their opponents a league-low six big chances, which are situations where a player is expected to score.
Lewis Hall (Newcastle) £5.3m
Newcastle’s left-back is the second most-bought defender in Fantasy ahead of Saturday’s deadline, earning 311,000+ new owners. Hall’s all-round potential has helped him produce two double-figure returns over his last four outings, combining a goal and an assist with a clean sheet, four DC points and six bonus points.
Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £9.6m
The winger’s goal threat makes him one of the very best captaincy picks for Gameweek 6. Saka’s six big chances are twice the combined three of Arsenal team-mates Martin Odegaard (£6.8m) and Kai Havertz (£7.6m), while his 12 shots in the box are just one behind that duo’s total of 13.
Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest) £8.0m
Forest’s talisman has been far more reliable in away matches this season. Gibbs-White has collected 21 points in his two road trips, scoring once and supplying two assists.
Bryan Mbeumo (Man Utd) £7.9m
Ahead of a home match against Tottenham Hotspur, Mbeumo has boasted a greater goal threat than his more expensive Manchester United team-mate Bruno Fernandes (£11.9m). Mbeumo leads the Portuguese by 14 shots in the box to eight, and by five big chances to four.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle) £6.1m
Newcastle’s winger faces Coventry in fine form on Monday evening. Barnes has produced all of his attacking returns this season – one goal and three assists – over the last three Gameweeks, amassing 23 points in that spell.
Pascal Gross (Brighton) £5.9m
The Brighton & Hove Albion playmaker has totalled 47 points in the opening five Gameweeks to top the overall player standings in Fantasy. Gross has delivered double-figure hauls against Chelsea, Coventry and Arsenal across his last four appearances, highlighting his huge value for money in Fantasy ahead of the Seagulls’ match at Sunderland.
Erling Haaland (Man City) £15.6m
Manchester City’s Norwegian visits Liverpool having scored in each of the last four Gameweeks. But the Reds’ improved displays in defence suggests that Haaland could struggle to get a big captaincy haul at Anfield – Andoni Iraola’s side have kept three straight clean sheets since the introduction of Ronald Araujo (£5.4m) at right-back in Gameweek 3.
Gonzalo Garcia (Fulham) £6.0m
Fulham’s forward travels to an Ipswich Town side who have conceded 11 goals and are without a clean sheet in their opening five matches. Garcia’s numbers indicate he has quickly become the focal point of the Cottagers’ attack since signing over the summer – his 15 shots, 14 shots in the box and four big chances are all more than any team-mate.
