Glaser was found dead in the bucket of a hydraulic lift, which was near a junction of overhead power lines that ran down Route 28 and into the business area, police said.

Salem firefighters treated the other worker for serious electrical burns at the scene. He was later transported to Massachusetts General Hospital. Salem police said it is their understanding that the worker is in stable condition.

In a statement sent to News 9 on Saturday, Linehan Landscaping chief operating officer Heather Linehan said, ” We are heartbroken by the tragic incident that occurred on August 14 at one of our job sites in Salem, NH, where we lost a valued member of our team and another was seriously injured. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with their families during this incredibly difficult time.

We are fully cooperating with OSHA and local authorities in their investigation. Out of respect for the families and the ongoing process, we will not be providing further details at this time.
