Azzi Fudd is used to wowing people on the court. This offseason, she’ll be turning heads off of it, too.
Fudd is posing for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, the publication announced Wednesday.
The former UConn women’s basketball star will be one of 11 women in the issue, a group that includes mostly professional models as well as pro golfer Charley Hull. The women are currently shooting in Mallorca and Ibiza, Spain, according to the SI website, and the issue will come out in 2027.
Fudd isn’t the first former Husky to appear in the issue, as Sue Bird and Breanna Stewart both appeared in 2022, and Napheesa Collier was in the 2026 edition.
The 23-year-old had an up-and-down rookie year in the WNBA after being chosen with the No. 1 pick in the draft. She played in 30 games and averaged 13.1 points, but was shut down and underwent arthroscopic surgery on her right knee after battling ongoing soreness.
Fudd is expected to return to the court next season.
