Bachelor Nation fans know that Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs found love on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, the couple moved in together in San Diego, got engaged, tied the knot, and welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Benson, or “Benny.” Earlier this year, the two welcomed another baby boy — Steven (“Stevie”) Jon, named in honor of Becca’s late father, Steve Kufrin.
If you’ve been following Becca for a while, you know that she also has a beloved pet corgi named Max.
And over the weekend, Becca took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news that her sweet Max recently passed away.
Alongside photos of the two of them through the years, she shared, “Our Maxi has crossed the rainbow bridge. It’s a sad sad day for us, but he was ready to see his sister, June Bug.”
The Bachelor Nation star wrote a touching tribute to Max, expressing her love for him.
She said, “To Max: You were the goodest boy ever. You made me an auntie, and I’ll be forever grateful for your love, snuggles, boops, heart shaped booty butt that bounded through every room.”
Becca went on, sharing her gratitude for their time together and reflecting on their memories.
She wrote, “Thank you for waking me up every morning with your click clacks coming down the stairs, for your sassy growls when I tickled you, for the laughs anytime I said ‘Let’s go to Greece!’, and the infinite snuggles. We have too many beautiful memories to count, but you changed our family forever. We love you sweet boy, rest easy my angel.”
