The Boston Fire Department evacuated a residential building early Sunday morning after discovering structural issues with the building’s rear walls.

Firefighters responded to a small fire at 211 Boylston Street in Jamaica Plain and quickly put out the flames. That’s when they discovered the rear walls of the six-unit building were unstable.

The 12 residents of that building will have to find a new place to stay while repairs are made.
