GoNetspeed has continued on its pace of growth with the completion of their latest network expansion project, in Danbury, Connecticut.
The project, a $7.6 million effort, was fully funded by GoNetspeed, according to the internet service provider.
As a result of the work’s completion, 14,300 locations in the Fairfield County community have gained access to GoNetspeed’s services, the provider announced.
Tom Perrone, the COO for GoNetspeed, said the new infrastructure in Danbury “delivers an internet experience designed to exceed the demands of modern life.”
Perrone also said the completed project is part of GoNetspeed’s larger effort to reach more communities in the Northeast, according to GoNetspeed’s early August announcement.
Danbury joins communities like Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, all cities in Connecticut that already enjoy access to GoNetspeed’s services, according to the provider.
In total, GoNetspeed now offers services to customers across 11 states, a summary of the company stated.
