Nine home games, a couple of neutral site games and road games against rivals highlight the Pitt men’s basketball nonconference schedule that was announced Tuesday.
Pitt hosts Youngstown State in the season opener Nov. 3. Two key home games are back-to-back against Ohio State (Nov. 28) and Texas A&M (Dec. 3). The Panthers will play at West Virginia on Nov. 13 and at Villanova a month later on Dec. 13.
The neutral site games are against UCF in the Legends Classic at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach (Nov. 20) and against Penn State at the Giant Center in Hershey (Dec. 21).
Pitt’s ACC schedule is yet to be announced.
