BOULDER, Colo. (WOWT) – Officials in Colorado have confirmed that the body found last week in Rocky Mountain National Park was that of a missing Omaha man.<\/p>\n

Family of 23-year-old Blake Kieckhafer<\/a> had reported him missing to park rangers, who determined he had last been seen by his ride-share driver on Aug. 7.<\/p>\n

In an update posted to social media on Tuesday<\/a>, the Larimer County Coroner\u2019s Office said the body found last week<\/a> was positively identified as Kieckhafer. His death was ruled as accidental, and that he succombed to multiple blunt force injuries.<\/p>\n

\u201cBased on the circumstances of the scene and death investigation, it is believed the decedent died on August 9, 2025, from an accidental fall,\u201d the report states. <\/p>\n
