While it\u2019s not a specific date just yet, tinyBuild and developer OMYOG have announced that their upcoming dinosaur FPS FEROCIOUS will be arriving this winter on Steam<\/a>. To \u201cmake up\u201d for the nebulous release date, the teams recently unveiled a new trailer as part of GameStar\u2019s Find Your Next Game showcase during gamescom.<\/p>\n

FEROCIOUS centers on a man named Sam, who wakes up on an uncharted island that holds ancient ruins and apex predators, where every element of the environment shapes your fight for survival. Engage in relentless combat with the army of mercenaries working for Manifesto, a mysterious organization with equally hidden motivations. To do so, you\u2019ll need to craft weapons and gear using resources from the environment, tailoring your arsenal to suit your approach.<\/p>\n

In order to survive, you\u2019ll have to use every weapon you can get your hands on. Pistols, shotguns, rifles, knives, and spears make up only a fraction of your arsenal. It\u2019s kill or be killed, so make sure you\u2019re the last one standing. You\u2019ll also need to explore the island carefully to uncover hidden paths, secrets, and essential gear. Turn the wild to your advantage: control dinosaurs to attack enemies, open paths, or infiltrate guarded areas.<\/p>\n
