Lil Nas X has been charged with four felony counts related to the scantily clad \u2014 and ultimately entirely unclad \u2014 early-morning episode<\/a> that culminated in his arrest Thursday morning. <\/p>\n

The singer, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is facing three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer, the Associated Press reported Monday. The \u201cMontero (Call Me by Your Name)\u201d singer spent the weekend in a Van Nuys jail after being taken first to a local hospital Thursday morning because of what authorities said was a suspected overdose. <\/p>\n

He waived his arraignment, pleading not guilty on all counts, according to TMZ. Bail has been set at $75,000, with the singer required to stay away from illegal narcotics and enroll in an outpatient treatment program if he is able to post bail.<\/p>\n

The Los Angeles County District Attorney\u2019s Office did not respond immediately Monday to The Times\u2019 request for comment. <\/p>\n

Also, as prosecutors were taking care of their business, it looks like whoever called the cops on Lil Nas X last week wasn\u2019t exaggerating when they reported the Grammy winner as a \u201cnude man walking in the street\u201d in Studio City.<\/p>\n

Initial video posted last week by TMZ showed the performer wearing only tighty-whities and white cowboy boots, strolling and posing on an L.A. street just before sunrise \u2014 and just before his arrest<\/a> on suspicion of charging at a police officer. But it turns out that\u2019s not the exact condition he was in when law enforcement took him in. <\/p>\n

In new video TMZ<\/a> posted over the weekend, the \u201cOld Town Road\u201d singer can be seen walking down the middle of a street fully naked, having shed the boots and underpants that had barely covered his modesty. (That he disrobed explains how a concerned citizen-slash-amateur videographer<\/a> was able to snatch his boots up from off the street and list them for sale on EBay<\/a>, seeking $10,000 \u2014 or best offer.)<\/p>\n

In the new footage, Lil Nas X recites some Nicki Minaj lyrics from the Kanye West tune \u201cMonster\u201d as he struts runway-style toward the person shooting the video, who appears to be in the driver\u2019s seat of a car.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd if I\u2019m fake, I ain\u2019t notice \u2018cause my money ain\u2019t \/ So let me get this straight, wait, I\u2019m the rookie? \/ But my features and my shows 10 times your pay? \/ 50K for a verse, no album out,\u201d Lil Nas X says in the video. <\/p>\n

An LAPD spokesperson told The Times last week that the 26-year-old, who was arrested around 6 a.m. Thursday, initially was taken to a hospital for a possible overdose. Lil Nas X was booked a little over five hours later and ultimately spent the weekend in a Van Nuys jail pending a court date Monday to set bail. <\/p>\n

Both the LAPD and Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene on Thursday. LAFD did not give The Times additional information about the singer\u2019s condition. <\/p>\n

The performer was arrested on suspicion of battery on a police officer after he allegedly charged at officers who responded to the call. Although TMZ reported that he was being held on a misdemeanor, online arrest records list him as being held on a felony count. <\/p>\n

Representatives for Lil Nas X did not respond immediately to The Times\u2019 request for comment Monday. <\/p>\n

His arrest came soon after he apparently wiped his Instagram grid of old photos and posted a couple dozen new ones, including a selfie<\/a> posted last week of himself wearing a fur coat, bright red lipstick and both a cowboy hat and crown. \u201cOH NO sHES GONE MAD! CRAZY I TELL U!,\u201d he captioned the post.<\/p>\n

In another photo, Lil Nas X posed in front of a backlit mirror<\/a> in a gold gown, white cowboy boots and a tiara.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd just like that she\u2019s back,\u201d he wrote in that caption. \u201cWe\u2019ve all waited so long. When dreamworld needed her the most.\u201d<\/p>\n
