The publication\u2019s editor-in-chief Kimberly Roots is remaining in place along with most staff, but co-editor Matt Mitovich will step down.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tTVLine was founded by writer and columnist Michael Ausiello, formerly of TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDigital publisher Static Media\u2019s 30 or so brands span food, entertainment, lifestyle, auto and health, including Jalopnik, Chowhound, The Takeout, Looper and Glam. Established in 2012, Static has more than 200 employees and serves an audience of 220 million-plus monthly visitors, according to its website. Growth accelerated after a 2023 investment from Montreal-based private equity firm Novacap.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/pmc\/\" id=\"auto-tag_pmc\" data-tag=\"pmc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PMC<\/a> is Deadline\u2019s parent company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Penske Media Corp. has sold TVLine to Indianapolis-based Static Media for an undisclosed price.
