\n\tHold\u00a0on tight,\u00a0spider-monkey \u2014 Twilight<\/a> fans are about to be able to relive the epic love triangle between Bella, Edward and Jacob on the big screen.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe official social media accounts for Lionsgate, which acquired\u00a0Twilight\u00a0production company Summit Entertainment in 2012, teased on Wednesday that all five movies are set to return to theaters this October. The post included a graphic featuring stars<\/a> Kristen Stewart<\/a>, Robert Pattinson<\/a> and Taylor Lautner<\/a>, with the words: \u201cForever Begins Again.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThough exact dates haven\u2019t been revealed, Lionsgate wrote, \u201cTomorrow,\u201d in the caption, hinting that more details will be released on Thursday.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe film series, based on author Stephenie Meyer\u2019s books of the same name, revolves around the love story of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen and their relationship as Bella discovers Edward is a vampire. However, their love is tested by other vampires, werewolves and her friendship with Jacob, who is also a werewolf.\u00a0The franchise produced five films: Twilight (2008), New Moon (2009), Eclipse (2010), Breaking Dawn \u2013 Part 1 (2011) and Breaking Dawn \u2013 Part 2 (2012).<\/p>\n

\n\tBilly Burke, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Justin Chon, Anna Kendrick, Michael Welch, Christian Serratos and Sarah Clarke rounded out the cast.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen the first Twilight film \u2014 which had a relatively small budget\u00a0\u2014 was released on Nov. 21, 2008, few could have predicted the movie\u2019s success, as it went on to gross $408.4 million worldwide and launched Stewart, Pattinson and Lautner into global stars. Thanks to the devoted Twilight fandom, the whole franchise grossed over $3.3 billion worldwide\u00a0across its five films.<\/p>\n

\n\tYears later, the Twilight Saga<\/a> still generates endless memes and regular rewatches among fans. An animated TV reboot is also on the way<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn 2023, to celebrate the first movie\u2019s 15th anniversary, director Catherine Hardwicke told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> she believes the film continues to resonate because \u201cEverybody wants to have that first love. That\u2019s just undeniable. That\u2019s just a head rush that makes you feel ecstatic. A love that\u2019s like a drug\u2026.
