{"id":117559,"date":"2025-08-29T03:32:12","date_gmt":"2025-08-29T03:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/117559\/"},"modified":"2025-08-29T03:32:12","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T03:32:12","slug":"michael-longfellow-saturday-night-live-actor-leaving-show-after-3-seasons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/117559\/","title":{"rendered":"Michael Longfellow, \u2018Saturday Night Live\u2019 actor, leaving show after 3 seasons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"3RURRZP7ANGOPOKKKBSCWVE2PQ\">Michael Longfellow is the latest \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d cast member to leave the show, <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/08\/snl-michael-longfellow-leaving-1236500129\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/08\/snl-michael-longfellow-leaving-1236500129\/\">according to Deadline<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"5EPSYBIFFVBRHPHCNXCAZLXU2A\">The news comes after it was recently reported Devon Walker and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/life\/2025\/08\/saturday-night-live-actor-exits-show-a-gut-punch-of-a-call-to-get.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/life\/2025\/08\/saturday-night-live-actor-exits-show-a-gut-punch-of-a-call-to-get.html\">Emil Wakim are both leaving ahead <\/a>of Season 51. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"JVF53IY4YJEDLKCMN3PKR5MEYM\">Longfellow, who was a featured cast member in Season 48, was promoted in Season 50, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"VNRZCP2UFNFANHDTOJZKWYUVMI\">Longfellow has also appeared in \u201cGood Burger 2,\u201d \u201cNetflix is a Joke festival\u201d and \u201cBring The Funny.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ANV6PHCCWZHVLHTYRLORZTVJEI\">\u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d returns for another season on Oct. 4.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"BUTDVANGJBC4HK4ED5LW3DEOYM\">On Wednesday, Wakim revealed he wasn\u2019t returning to \u201cSNL.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"2MARXIS2GNADDGDAQONZBUB35A\">\u201cI won\u2019t be returning to snl next year,\u201d Wakim posted to Instagram. \u201cIt was a gut punch of a call to get, but i\u2019m so grateful for my time there. I was at six flags celebrating my friends 36th birthday and went on a really emotional walk through bugs bunny park and stared out across daffy duck lake thinking about life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"4SEYTMRQOREFVH2XKG3MVA27NQ\">\u201cEvery time I scanned into the building I would think how insane it is to get to work there.
