{"id":125184,"date":"2025-09-01T15:52:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T15:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/125184\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T15:52:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T15:52:07","slug":"father-and-son-dead-after-shooting-in-pleasant-hills-home-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/125184\/","title":{"rendered":"Father and son dead after shooting in Pleasant Hills home \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PLEASANT HILLS, Pa.  \u2014 A father and son are dead after an early morning shooting in Pleasant Hills. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The Allegheny County Police Department says 911 officials were notified of a shooting in the 400 block of Nantucket Drive at 7:21 a.m. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">When first responders got on scene, no one responded at the home, so SWAT was called in to assist. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">When they entered the home at 9:21 a.m., two men, a father and adult son, were found dead inside from single gunshot wounds. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">ACPD is now investigating. Detectives say everyone involved in the incident has been identified and there\u2019s no danger to the public. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">We have a crew on the way to Pleasant Hills to learn more.
