{"id":127783,"date":"2025-09-02T17:53:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T17:53:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/127783\/"},"modified":"2025-09-02T17:53:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T17:53:09","slug":"apple-releases-beta-9-for-ipados-26-tvos-26-watchos-26-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/127783\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple releases beta 9 for iPadOS 26, tvOS 26, watchOS 26, more"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t<img width=\"1600\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iPadOS-26-b9.jpg\" class=\"skip-lazy wp-post-image\" alt=\"iPadOS 26 beta 9\"  decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Apple has just released another wave of beta updates for its forthcoming major software versions, including beta 9 for iPadOS 26, tvOS 26, and more.<\/p>\n<p>New beta 9 builds available for Apple\u2019s major new OS versions<\/p>\n<p>Based on prior years\u2019 patterns, last week\u2019s beta 8 updates from Apple were widely expected to be the last releases before next week\u2019s RC (release candidate) versions. <\/p>\n<p>Today, however, the company shipped a wave of beta 9 updates.<\/p>\n<p>New beta 9 releases include:<\/p>\n<p>iOS 26<\/p>\n<p>iPadOS 26<\/p>\n<p>macOS Tahoe<\/p>\n<p>tvOS 26<\/p>\n<p>visionOS 26<\/p>\n<p>watchOS 26<\/p>\n<p>HomePod 26<\/p>\n<p>Apple is still expected to save its RC builds until after next week\u2019s iPhone 17 event <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/08\/26\/how-to-watch-apples-iphone-17-event-live-on-september-9\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">on September 9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, these latest releases should offer more bug fixes and stability improvements to beta users.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, beta 9 is only available for developers, but we will likely see public beta builds follow suit later today.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I\u2019ve encountered more issues running beta 8 than I would normally expect for a release that\u2019s so near to its public launch.
