LAKE CITY, Fla. (WCJB) – Attorneys for Republican Congressman Cory Mills are withdrawing a motion to appear virtually for a hearing scheduled for Friday. Court officials confirm the dating violence injunction hearing will be in-person.<\/p>\n

Miss United States Lindsey Langston is accusing Mills of threatening to release <\/a>sexually explicit images and videos of her.<\/p>\n

Friday\u2019s court hearing is scheduled in Columbia County, which will be the final disposition of Langston\u2019s request for a protective order against Mills<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to the civil action, Langston filed a criminal complaint<\/a> against Mills with the Columbia County Sheriff\u2019s Office. The investigation was transferred to the FDLE. No charges have been filed as of this report.<\/p>\n
