She loves how the sport improves cardio, balance and mobility in a fun way.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c\u200aI&#8217;ve never been a person who wants to just go run on a treadmill,\u201d Fiske said. \u201cYou can play really relaxed, you know, casual games, but you can also play really competitive games.
