Brooks Nader<\/a> is putting some (back)spin on these rumors.<\/p>\n

The model has recently been the source of chatter at the US Open after speculation arose that she and tennis phenom Jannik Sinner<\/a> might be dating\u2014so much so, that Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> tried to get to the truth<\/a> when Brooks appeared on his show.<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you dating Italian superstar Jannik Sinner?\u201d the late night host asked during Brooks\u2019 Sept. 2 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live,<\/a> prompting her to respond, \u201cIs this like an interrogation? I’m so scared right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

And when Jimmy confirmed that yes, she was under oath, Brooks suggested he check in with his peer Stephen Colbert, who Brooks was sat next to during the August 31 match.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, ask Stephen what match we were at,\u201d the 28-year-old said, adding of Jannik, \u201cI don’t think he was at that one. You’re close. You’re warm, but we weren’t at that match.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, just which match was Brooks at? The Dancing with the Stars alum\u2014whose relationship and subsequent breakup with her dance partner Gleb Savchenko earlier this year made headlines<\/a>\u2014watched Spain\u2019s Carlos Alcaraz, 22, defeat France\u2019s Arthur Rinderknech, 30.<\/p>\n

Whether either player is Brooks\u2019 mystery beau remains to be seen\u2014for his part Jannik, 24, previously dated fellow tennis player Anna Kalinskaya from mid 2024 to early 2025\u2014however there are some official couples winning sets and hearts at this year\u2019s New York City-based Grand Slam.<\/p>\n

One of the most talked-about pairings since they debuted their romance back in March has been Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman, bridging together two sport fan bases.<\/p>\n

And when Ben took to the court in August for his fourth US Open showing, the soccer star was in the stands<\/a>, ready to cheer on\u2014and playfully troll<\/a>\u2014her boyfriend.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, however, Ben\u2019s Grand Slam run was cut short when the 22-year-old was forced to retire<\/a> during his third-round match with Adrian Mannarino due to a shoulder injury.<\/p>\n

“I never retired before,” Ben said during a press conference following the Aug. 29 match, per CNN<\/a>. “I’m not a guy who would retire if I could continue.”<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Trinity was right by her boyfriend\u2019s side. As she wrote on Instagram Stories the next day, \u201cYou are strength and dedication. I love you and you\u2019ll be back stronger.\u201d<\/p>\n
