In a bluntly honest TikTok<\/a> on July 10, Biel, 43, replied to a fan who asked her to \u201cdrop the workout routine\u201d she used to get ready for the Prime hit The Better Sister.<\/a> \u201cEveryone is talking\u2026about the white dress,\u201d she said of the backless, sleeveless Proenza Schouler dress. “and how do we stay strong as we get older.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSpecifically, as women, how do we keep our back strong?” she said.<\/p>\n Prime Video<\/p>\n Jessica Biel’s white dress from “The Better Sister” has gone viral.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to share that that peak shape in that show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest and most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and with your fitness, which I cannot do,\u201d Biel said. \u201cSo I\u2019m currently back on my plan to sort of get a little bit back toward that shape.\u201d<\/p>\n She shared the specific exercises she does, which were taught to her by her \u201camazing, amazing\u201d pilates and fitness \u201cguru\u201d Ashley Brown. Biel went on to illustrate each exercise and share how many reps to do of exercises like Romanian deadlifts (lifting dumbbells off the floor) and hamstring curls (done on the floor with a yoga ball).<\/p>\n She also shared that since she has to do these exercises while traveling, she doesn\u2019t always\u00a0have the right equipment, and has to substitute a barbell for dumbbell, or resistance bands for cables.<\/p>\n \u201cI am just on the road, making up best I can do,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n At the end of the video, breathless and visibly sweaty, she said, \u201cI\u2019m tired. My body\u2019s not 20 years old anymore, you know? So I\u2019m adjusting my workout to what I need to do.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019ve got to build muscle,\u201d she said at the end of the video, while in a full split. \u201cThat\u2019s a key part of my particular routine. And a ton of flexibility.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI hope it wasn\u2019t totally boring.
