It will also be simulcast on MTV and available to stream on Paramount+ Premium. Ahead of the actual ceremony, MTV&#8217;s pre-show is documenting red carpet arrivals and early awards, including Best New Artist and Best R&amp;B.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Hosted by LL Cool J, the awards celebrate the year\u2019s most popular and visually compelling music videos and will feature a variety of live performances.
