He said similarities in writing style could be cropping up because &#8220;real people have picked up quirks of LLM-speak.&#8221; Altman added that the &#8220;Extremely Online crowd drifts together in very correlated ways.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Another reason suggested by Altman was that the nature of the hype cycle around AI tools &#8220;has a very &#8216;it&#8217;s so over\/we&#8217;re so back&#8217; extremism.&#8221; The rise of such content could be driven by &#8220;optimization pressure from social platforms on juicing engagement and the related way that creator monetization works,&#8221; he continued.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But the net effect is somehow AI twitter\/AI reddit feels very fake in a way it really didn&#8217;t a year or two ago,&#8221;
