‘The Fall Guy’: Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt’s special guests on location<\/p>\n

Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt chat with USA TODAY’s KiMi Robinson about filming “The Fall Guy” in Australia with their families.<\/p>\n

Emily Blunt<\/a> and John Krasinski<\/a> have officially made a trip to the US Open<\/a> an annual family tradition.<\/p>\n

For the third year in a row, the Hollywood couple brought their daughters \u2013 11-year-old Hazel and 9-year-old Violet \u2013 to the pro tennis tournament in New York City.<\/p>\n

The family of four sat together on Sunday, Sept. 7, at the men’s singles final match between Jannik Sinner<\/a>\u00a0and Carlos Alcaraz<\/a>, which not only resulted in a sixth Grand Slam title for 22-year-old Alcaraz but also a mixed reception for President Donald Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They were previously also photographed at the US Open in 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n

The whole family was also featured on the jumbotron during the championship match, according to a video<\/a> from the event. Krasinski and Blunt gamely waved up at the screen as Hazel more enthusiastically greeted the rest of the crowd.<\/p>\n

The final game brought out an impressive array of stars, including Ben Stiller<\/a>, Pink, Bruce Springsteen<\/a>, Sting, Mindy Kaling, BJ Novak<\/a>, Courteney Cox, Tim Meadows, Lindsay Lohan<\/a> and Debra Messing.<\/p>\n

The prior week, Blunt was at the Venice Film Festival for the premiere of her new film (which is another collaboration with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson<\/a>), Benny Safdie’s biopic “The Smashing Machine<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Blunt and Krasinski typically keep their children out of the limelight, but that doesn’t mean the girls don’t experience the perks of their A-list parents’ jobs.<\/p>\n

In a 2024 interview with USA TODAY<\/a>, Blunt admitted that she’d used filming “The Fall Guy” with costar Ryan Gosling in Australia as an excuse to escape New York’s winter for a family vacation.<\/p>\n

“Both our families were with us, so that obviously is essential if you’re that far away. And it made it so much more effortless to be able to go to work knowing that we were all together,” Blunt said.<\/p>\n

“I’m all about the adventures for the kids and making sure that they get to experience that and travel and be a part of it. So it was wonderful,” she continued. “I didn’t feel I had to juggle (work and parenting), thank God, because sometimes it is that sometimes \u2013 you have to spend a week away here and there, which I never find easy.”<\/p>\n
