Large Language Models<\/a> (or LLMs) are going to be your biggest resources. ChatGPT<\/a>, Claude<\/a>, Gemini<\/a>, and Perplexity<\/a> are some of the best, and many of the functions you need are free. The secret sauce is in the \u201cprompt,\u201d which is the wording you use to ask AI to do a task. You want to be precise, and you want to attach any pertinent information.<\/p>\n Here is an example for you:<\/p>\n I am an expert real estate agent with 20 years of experience. Your job is to write a fantastic, riveting description of this high-end property that is going to be listed on my website. The word count is 200.<\/p>\n Then, you share the basic facts of the property. You can also ask AI to research the public records on the property and\/or attach any additional information you would like included. You may want to ask the same prompt to a variety of LLMs (they each have a different style) and see which one sounds like \u201cyou.\u201d (Remember, AI learns with every assignment, and it will improve with every tweak.) Boom. You\u2019ve got yourself a property listing written in seconds.<\/p>\n Regarding data collection\u2014this is a bit more complex. Founder and CEO Michael Hayes of PracticalAI<\/a>, an AI consulting firm, recommends using the deep research mode in Perplexity, which excels at pulling data and sources\u2026and it\u2019s free. (His other choice is OpenAI<\/a> for $20 per month.) Then, you will want to create your own custom AI agent to, say, provide you with a daily morning report of specific tasks. For example, it could scrape the internet for any reviews about your company, new homes listed by competitors, etc. If this is too technologically challenging to do on your own, it might be helpful to hire an AI consultant.<\/p>\n Now, go sell some homes!<\/p>\n
