The Real Housewives of Miami After Show airs on Thursdays.\u00a0Watch on BravoTV.com or Peacock<\/a>.<\/p>\n She\u2019s had a challenging Season 7, both romantically and within the friend group, but Alexia Nepola<\/a> shared on The Real Housewives of Miami After Show<\/a> she\u2019s getting by with help from one person in particular: her son, 28-year-old Frankie Rosello<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cTo me, he\u2019s just like my purpose. He\u2019s like my life. I don\u2019t know\u2014I couldn\u2019t live without him,\u201d she declared to Marysol Patton<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s what it is. He had that purpose\u2014we have that for each other.\u201d<\/p>\n Alexia, Frankie, and Alexia\u2019s other son Peter Rosello<\/a>\u2019s lives were changed when the then-13-year-old Frankie was injured in a major car crash<\/a> in August 2011, leaving him suffering from a traumatic brain injury. During The Real Housewives of Miami<\/a> Season 7, Alexia opened up about a more recent medical emergency for Frankie<\/a>, who had been \u201cprofusely\u201d vomiting and ended up in the emergency room with diverticulitis. Alexia admitted in Episode 8 that the emergency \u201ctook [her] back\u201d to Frankie\u2019s brain injury.<\/p>\n Referencing how her life has changed since Frankie’s initial accident, Alexia explained on the After Show, \u201cIt is a responsibility. I get up in the morning, and my morning and my life is a lot different from everybody else in the friend group.”\u00a0<\/p>\n When Marysol accused Alexia of \u201cmaking [her] cry,\u201d Alexia admitted she was also tearing up.<\/p>\n \u201cI was trying to keep the tears in. Obviously, when I talk about my kids, it\u2019s my soft spot,\u201d she shared. \u201cBut, thank God for my children, and my friends.\u201d<\/p>\n Marysol Patton sheds light on Alexia Nepola’s life with son Frankie<\/p>\n In addition to Frankie\u2019s recent health scare, Alexia has also been dealing with a divorce from her estranged husband Todd Nepola<\/a> in Season 7\u2014and the two have been navigating a roller coaster of hooking up and possible reconciliation<\/a>. Marysol pointed out Alexia\u2019s responsibility for her adult son just added to that stress.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s heavy. I don\u2019t think people realize that you have Frankie with you 24 hours a day,\u201d Marysol explained on the After Show. \u201cYou drive him with you everywhere. You take him to work with you<\/a>. It\u2019s the salon<\/a>. It\u2019s the show. You\u2019re going through a divorce. You\u2019ve gotta handle 7, 8 other women in a chaotic situation. It\u2019s not very easy.\u201d<\/p>\n Marysol also made a bold declaration: \u201cYou have more on your plate than everybody else. I have to say that. You really do.\u201d<\/p>\n Alexia replied although she agreed, she\u2019d \u201cnever really liked to use that as an excuse.”<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t play victim,\u201d Alexia shared. \u201cI\u2019ve accepted this is my life, and I\u2019m grateful. And I love it.\u201d<\/p>\n Alexia Nepola shares how Frankie helped her navigate her divorce from Todd<\/p>\n Alexia gave credit to one person for helping her through her difficult divorce: Frankie.<\/p>\n \u201cBy the way, if I wouldn\u2019t have had Frankie by my side, I don\u2019t know where I would be. Because he\u2019s everything,\u201d she shared on the After Show.<\/p>\n She admitted during Bravo Fan Fest in Miami<\/a> in November 2024 that both Frankie and Peter had difficulty with her split from Todd.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been tough for Frankie<\/a> because Frankie is all about love,\u201d Alexia said at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s been tough for both of them\u2026 I\u2019ve seen Frankie more, his emotions. Peter holds everything in and he just wants me to be happy and he\u2019s been there with me and supportive. But it\u2019s been tough for all of us.\u201d<\/p>\n
