{"id":151425,"date":"2025-09-12T12:17:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T12:17:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/151425\/"},"modified":"2025-09-12T12:17:08","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T12:17:08","slug":"rudy-gobert-reveals-his-anti-social-energy-opinion-of-julius-randle-that-changed-after-timberwolves-trade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/151425\/","title":{"rendered":"Rudy Gobert reveals his &#8216;anti-social energy&#8217; opinion of Julius Randle that changed after Timberwolves trade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Minnesota Timberwolves are coming off another long playoff run led by Anthony Edwards, Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/nbaanalysis.net\/tag\/minnesota-timberwolves\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Timberwolves<\/a> went through a major change at the start of last season when they dealt <a href=\"https:\/\/nbaanalysis.net\/julius-randle-shares-how-he-really-felt-about-the-knicks-trading-him-to-the-timberwolves-i-just-didnt-know\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Karl-Anthony Towns for Julius Randle<\/a> in what was deemed a shocking move.<\/p>\n<p>The trade paid off, however, as Minnesota made it back to the Western Conference Finals after getting by the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors.<\/p>\n<p>The Timberwolves fell short of their ultimate goal of reaching the NBA Finals, but Randle showed that he can be an important long-term piece on the team. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"941\" height=\"627\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/GettyImages-2205326627-941x627.jpg\" alt=\"Yves Missi #21 of the New Orleans Pelicans drives to the basket past Rudy Gobert #27 and Julius Randle #30 of the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center.\" \/>Photo by Ben Brewer\/Getty ImagesRudy Gobert says he shares same quality as Julius Randle <\/p>\n<p>It took some time for the Timberwolves to settle in.
