Bad Bunny, Jimmy Fallon busk in New York City subway with new music<\/p>\n

Talk show host Jimmy Fallon and rapper Bad Bunny went undercover wearing wigs and fake beards for a surprise concert at a New York City subway station.<\/p>\n

On Monday\u2019s “The Tonight Show” from Detroit<\/a> \u2014 taped Sunday at the Detroit Opera House \u2014 host Jimmy Fallon delivered many Detroit nods, from “Whatupdoe!” to the Detroit Lions to even several Detroit restaurants.<\/p>\n

But it was Miller\u2019s Bar that the comedic and affable Fallon not only raved about on Monday\u2019s show, but again at the beginning of Tuesday night’s show.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid you end up getting a burger at Miller\u2019s?\u201d Fallon asked Questlove (Ahmir Khalib Thompson), the head of the show’s in-house band, The Roots.<\/p>\n

Questlove replied: \u201cI didn\u2019t,” to which Fallon said, \u201cYou\u2019ve got to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not all. Fallon continued: \u201cThere\u2019s a place called Miller\u2019s Bar in Dearborn. It\u2019s about 15-20 minutes outside Detroit. It\u2019s the best burger I\u2019ve ever had. Ever had in a long time. Never had a burger like this. They serve it to you on waxed piece paper. No plate. Just waxed paper. They give you pickles in a ziplock bag. They go \u2018you figure it out.\u2019 It was the best. I would totally go back. Shout out to Miller\u2019s. They were all nice to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller\u2019s Bar is reeling from Fallon’s visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks for the love Jimmy we love serving our fresh burgers and we love our happy and loyal customers,\u201d Miller\u2019s posted on its Facebook page. Miller’s Bar Facebook posts about Fallon have garnered more than a thousand comments and shares.<\/p>\n

Fallon shouted out Miller\u2019s on Sunday on Instagram Stories<\/a>, calling it, \u201cStraight out the \u201840s, this place is a must-go.\u201d<\/p>\n

Long-standing Miller\u2019s Bar has been in business since 1941. It was family-owned up until January 2024<\/a> when local businessman Allie T. Mallad bought the bar.<\/p>\n

Miller’s is known for its famous no-frills signature ground-round burgers<\/a> served on waxed paper. Its burgers have received plenty of accolades both locally and nationally. After announced he bought Miller\u2019s, Mallad, who was born and raised in Dearborn, said he will continue with Miller’s legacy and that customers can expect the same traditions to continue.<\/p>\n
