Troopers found a crashed Kia sedan, which was later determined to be stolen, in the median near the exit for Reed Road.\u201cPolice determined the vehicle\u2019s two occupant\u2019s, a male and female-both teenagers from Fall River, had been ejected and were located in the left travel lane. Both occupants were pronounced deceased on scene,\u201d the DA\u2019s office said.
